You’ll be a key part of keeping the store beautiful, well‑stocked, and running smoothly while delivering genuine Southern hospitality to every guest who walks through the door.

What You’ll Do

• Greet every customer with a warm, friendly attitude and provide attentive, thoughtful service
• Help customers discover Tennessee‑made products and recommend gifts, souvenirs, and local favorites
• Share product knowledge and confidently speak to the story behind our makers and merchandise
• Operate the register and complete customer transactions accurately and efficiently
• Assist with restocking merchandise and keeping displays full, organized, and visually appealing
• Help maintain a clean, tidy, and inviting store environment throughout each shift
• Support daily store operations including opening, closing, and general upkeep as needed
• Assist with receiving product, organizing backstock, and helping keep inventory areas neat
• Work collaboratively with the team to create a positive, upbeat store atmosphere
• Represent the Made in TN brand with professionalism, warmth, and pride in local products
