Job summary

KREWE, a bold New Orleans/New York fashion eyewear brand, is seeking a Spatial Designer to define the look and feel of our retail spaces. Based in New Orleans or New York, you’ll shape store concepts, materials, fixtures, and in-store moments in collaboration with the Founder and Creative team.

You’ll translate brand vision into actionable design standards, maintain visual brand consistency across locations, and support new store openings while balancing creative ideas with practical execution.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, interior, and/or spatial design.
• Strong design taste with a deep understanding of brand, space, and experience.
• Ability to translate creative vision into clear, actionable standards.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.
• Balance creative thinking with operational execution.
• A detail-oriented mindset with a strong commitment to quality and consistency.

Responsibilities

• Define & evolve the retail experience in partnership with the Founder, Architectural Designer and Creative team.
• Translate brand vision into spatial design, layouts, materials, fixtures, and key in-store moments.
• Contribute to the development of new store concepts, formats, and brand experiences.
• Maintain Visual Brand Standards and ensure consistency across locations.
