Job summary

Venture Home is seeking a friendly Retail Associate to engage shoppers, educate homeowners about residential solar benefits, and schedule in-home consultations with our Solar Consultants. This full-time, benefits-eligible role emphasizes meaningful conversations and high-quality appointment generation.

The ideal candidate has a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and can work Friday-Sunday with a flexible 9am-5pm or 1pm-9pm schedule.

Retail Associate

Position Overview

The Retail Associate is responsible for engaging homeowners at retail locations, educating them about the benefits of residential solar energy, and scheduling qualified homeowners for in-home consultations with our Solar Consultants.

This is a customer-facing position designed for outgoing, energetic individuals who enjoy speaking with people and creating opportunities through meaningful conversations. Success is measured by generating high-quality appointments that result in completed in-home demonstrations and ultimately help homeowners save money through solar.

Responsibilities

• Educate homeowners on the benefits of going solar.

Schedule

• Typical schedule:
  • 9 am-5pm OR
  • 1 pm-9 pm
• Required to work Friday-Sunday.

Compensation

Hourly plus commission!

Retail Associates earn commissions based on completed sales generated from appointments they originate.
