Mattress Warehouse is seeking highly motivated Retail Sales Consultants at our Cranberry Township, PA location. You will use our bedMATCH diagnostic system to help customers find the perfect mattress based on measurements and personalized recommendations.

Expect a retail schedule of 4–5 days, 40–55 hours weekly, with evenings and weekends. We offer a robust compensation package, bonuses, a 401(k) match, and generous PTO.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused sales experience preferred.
• Willingness to work evenings, holidays and weekends.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Sell mattresses and bedding using the bedMATCH system.
• Assist customers with loading purchases onto their vehicles.
• Provide an educational, low-pressure shopping experience.
