Job summary

Event Network is seeking a Graphic Designer, Signage & Packaging to bring retail experiences to life through signage, packaging, environmental graphics, displays, and other physical branded touchpoints.

The role blends a strong design eye with production-focused craft, translating concepts into beautifully executed, production-ready solutions. Collaboration with cross-functional teams ensures brand-right outcomes from concept through production.

Qualifications

• BA or BFA in Graphic Design, Production Design, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 3+ years of experience in graphic design, production design, print production, packaging, signage, environmental graphics, or a related field.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating a sophisticated design eye alongside production-focused work.
• Demonstrated ability to develop creative concepts as well as execute highly detailed production files.
• Strong understanding of typography, color, hierarchy, scale, and visual storytelling.
• Experience preparing artwork and communicating with printers, fabricators, and production vendors.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Canva.

Responsibilities

• Design signage, packaging, environmental graphics, and displays across venues and brands.
• Develop original layouts, concepts, and graphic solutions that balance storytelling with production requirements.
• Bring a fresh and contemporary design perspective to projects and elevate graphics and packaging.
• Explore materials, finishes, formats, and fabrication approaches to create distinctive experiences.
• Apply typography, color, composition, scale, materiality, and detail to design work.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure cohesive brand experiences.
• Translate concepts into production-ready files for print, fabrication, and installation.
• Review proofs and prototypes for design accuracy and quality.
