Job summary

Burlington Stores, Inc. in Union City, CA is seeking a Shortage Control Associate to help keep our store secure while delivering exceptional service. You’ll stand at entrances, greet every customer with a warm, loud hello, and monitor for theft opportunities to deter wrongdoing.

You’ll use shortage reduction knowledge, report incidents to the Manager on Duty, and assist in training teammates. The role requires 1+ year in customer service or loss prevention and a flexible schedule including

• Ability to stand/walk for extended periods.
