Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, Asset Protection, Loss Prevention, or Operations is preferred.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time and to visually monitor store environment.
• Maintain confidentiality and exhibit a positive demeanor in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the entrance and exit to reduce opportunities for theft and maintain a secure environment.
• Greet every customer with a warm, loud, and friendly greeting and professional appearance.
• Identify and report theft incidents or suspicious activity to the Manager on Duty.
• Assist with bag and package checks in alignment with safety and security standards.
• Support training of associates on shortage reduction programs and safety practices.

Join our team as a Shortage Control Associate and contribute to a secure shopping environment while delivering exceptional customer service!As a Shortage Control Associate (SCA), your role directly impacts the store's security and the overall shopping experience for our customers.
