Burlington Stores is seeking a Shortage Control Associate to help maintain a secure shopping environment while delivering excellent customer service. You will monitor entrances, greet customers, and report theft incidents to the Manager on Duty.

The role emphasizes teamwork, timely communication, and adherence to safety standards as part of our loss prevention efforts. The position requires 1+ years in retail or related fields, strong problem-solving, and the ability to work a flexible schedule

Qualifikationen

• 1+ years of experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, Asset Protection, Loss Prevention, or Operations.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and monitor the store environment.
• Demonstrates excellent communication with customers and co-workers.
• Excellent leadership skills to support productive relationships.

Join our team as a Shortage Control Associate and contribute to a secure shopping environment while delivering exceptional customer service!As a Shortage Control Associate (SCA), your role directly impacts the store's security and the overall shopping experience for our customers.
