Job summary

Shoe Station at Rogan's is hiring a Store Associate to deliver friendly, helpful service and keep the store running smoothly. You will greet customers, assist with shoe and accessory selections, and process transactions at the register.

Qualifications

• Friendly, enthusiastic candidate with strong people skills.
• Able to count cash and perform basic math accurately.
• Comfortable standing and lifting up to 25 lbs.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and help find shoes and accessories.
• Operate the register, handle cash, give change, and process returns.
• Use basic math for transactions and totals.
• Promote promotions and the Shoe Perks program.
• Keep displays neat, organized, and stocked; support store cleanliness.
