Job summary

Qualifications

• Greet and assist customers to help them find everything they need for their project in one trip.
• Maintain store appearance and product presentation to company standards.
• Provide support to sales associates during peak periods.
• Coordinate or validate the work of team members and report to store management.

Job description

The shift supervisor is a working team member that may validate or coordinate the work of others and is a knowledge resource for team members. Generally has a minimum of 2 years experience as a supervisor in a retail environment. Previous hardware experience is a plus but not a requirement as we provide extensive training.
