Job summary

EZCORP’s EZPawn in Las Vegas seeks a Retail Shift Leader (Key Holder) to lead customer service, supervise Team Members and drive daily pawn and retail sales. The role offers a structured career path with leadership training and opportunities to advance into store management.

You’ll manage opening and closing procedures, process loans and extensions, coach staff, and promote a positive customer experience in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisor/lead experience.
• Able to pass a criminal background check and drug test.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Bilingual a plus.
