EZPAWN Florida, Inc. in West Palm Beach is seeking a Retail Shift Leader (Lead Pawn Broker) to guide store operations and lead the team in a fast-paced pawn environment.

You will drive customer service, sales, and training initiatives with a focus on growth and performance. Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisor, key holder, shift lead, team lead, or manager experience.
• Able to pass a criminal background check and drug test.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Knowledge of commonly pawned items, such as tools, jewelry, firearms or electronics, a plus; bilingual a plus.

Our Retail Shift Leader (Key Holder) position offers competitive pay based on experience with an opportunity to quickly increase your pay and position! Complete the initial 5-week paid training program and earn a $.50 raise and transition to Lead Pawnbroker upon completion of the program. Enhance your leadership skills through our structured leadership training programs. Follow the Career Path and train for an Assistant Manager position which includes a 6-month training program to build the foundation to run your own store.

Requirements

• The ideal candidate will possess an engaging personality, solid leadership, strong negotiation talents, and the ability to read and manage customer needs. You should also be highly organized and detail-oriented, with excellent judgment as well as strong time-management and prioritization skills. It is also important you display excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to build solid ongoing customer relationships.
