Job summary

EZCORP is hiring a Retail Shift Leader (Key Holder) at our Tampa store to lead customer service and sales for Value Pawn & Jewelry and other EZPAWN brands.

This role includes paid training, a clear career path to Lead Pawnbroker and Assistant Manager, generous benefits, an uncapped bonus potential, and consistent hours in a fast-paced team setting. Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisor, key holder, shift lead, team lead, or manager experience.
• Able to pass a criminal background check and drug test.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance.
• Adhere to all Company policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Knowledge of commonly pawned items such as tools, jewelry, firearms or electronics a plus.
• Sales background a plus.
• Bilingual a plus.

Duties

Here's what you can expect as a Retail Shift Leader (Key Holder): You will provide outstanding customer service and build solid relationships with customers, all while promoting sales and making deals for a wide variety of pawn items.
