EZPAWN Florida, Inc. is seeking a Retail Shift Leader (Key Holder) to lead store operations and drive customer service excellence in a fast-paced pawn environment in Lake Worth, FL.

The role offers a path to higher roles through structured leadership training and performance-based pay growth. You will supervise team members, process loans, and help set terms with customers while promoting sales and maintaining store standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisor, key holder, shift lead, team lead, or manager experience.
• Able to pass a criminal background check and drug test.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Adhere to all Company policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Knowledge of commonly pawned items, such as tools, jewelry, firearms or electronics, a plus.
• Sales background, a plus.
• Bilingual, a plus.

• Coming to jointly satisfactory terms regarding items to be pawned.
