Job summary

EZCORP is hiring a Retail Shift Leader (Key Holder) to guide store operations and mentor teammates at our Ingleside location. You’ll drive customer service, oversee pawn loans, and help create a positive, high-energy shopping environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisor, key holder, shift lead, team lead, or manager experience.
• Knowledge of pawn items (tools, jewelry, firearms, electronics) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and build relationships to promote sales of pawn items.
• Lead and coach store Team Members to achieve targets and deliver great customer experiences.
• Handle loan processing, extensions, opening and closing procedures, and ensure policy compliance.

Requirements

Requirements for the Retail Shift Leader (Key Holder) role:

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum 1 year of supervisor, key holder, shift lead, team lead, or manager experience
• Able to pass a criminal background check and drug test
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance
• Adhere to all Company policies, procedures, and regulations
• Knowledge of commonly pawned items, such as tools, jewelry, firearms or electronics, a plus
• Sales background, a plus
• Bilingual, a plus
