Love's Travel Stops & Country Stores Inc. is seeking a Retail Shift Lead who will be a frontline leader, ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming store environment while guiding daily operations and delivering great customer service.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year in retail management, POS experience, and team training, with strong communication, organization, and the ability to work varied shifts. Join a family-owned, nationwide network.

Competenze

• 1+ year of experience in retail management and/or team leadership.
• 1+ year of proficiency with point-of-sale systems and cash register operations.
• 1+ year of training and/or developing teams.

Mansioni

• Ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained facility, along with adherence to proper safety procedures.
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficient inventory management and optimal customer service.
• Assist the management team with proper task execution and completion, schedule and cash integrity, and manage cash register operations.

Job Functions:

• Ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained facility, along with adherence to proper safety procedures.

Experience:

• Ability to work various shifts.
• Strong computer proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer satisfaction focus.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
• Frequent lifting/moving of items over 50 pounds or more.
