Love’s Travel Stops is seeking a Retail Shift Lead to help manage daily operations and deliver exceptional customer service. You will lead a team, maintain a clean and safe store, and support cash handling and inventory management.

The role emphasizes developing leaders from within and providing a welcoming, high‑performing store environment. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in retail management and/or team leadership.
• 1+ year of proficiency with point-of-sale systems and cash register operations.
• 1+ year of training and/or developing teams.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained facility with proper safety procedures.
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring inventory management and optimum customer service.
• Assist the management team with task execution, scheduling, cash integrity, and cash register operations.
• Supervise and train team members, fostering a positive work environment.
