Love's Travel Stops & Country Stores Inc. is seeking a Retail Shift Lead who will be a frontline leader our customers and team members rely on. You’ll help create a clean, safe, and welcoming store environment while supporting daily operations and delivering outstanding customer service.

You’ll supervise and train teammates, oversee scheduling, and assist with cash handling and inventory management. This is a path to growth within Love's, with opportunities to advance as you develop leadership

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail management and team leadership.
• 1+ year of proficiency with point-of-sale systems and cash register operations.
• 1+ year of training and/or developing teams.
• Ability to work various shifts.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained facility, along with adherence to proper safety procedures.
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficient inventory management and optimal customer service.
• Assist the management team with proper task execution and completion, schedule and cash integrity, and manage cash register operations.
• Supervise and train team members, fostering a positive work environment.
