Job summary

The Michaels Companies in Exton, PA is seeking a part-time Retail Service Team Member. You will help customers find products, provide friendly checkout, and support truck unload, stocking, and planograms to keep shelves in stock.

You’ll gain cross-training in framing sales and production, while following SOPs and safety rules. Customer engagement and rewards enrollment are encouraged as part of the role.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift/move merchandise.
• Willingness to cross-train in framing selling and production.

Responsibilities

• Deliver fast, friendly checkout and assist customers with purchases.
• Assist with truck unload, stocking, planograms, and store recovery.
• Support BOPIS and Ship From Store processes; maintain in-stock shelves.
• Follow SOPs, participate in shrink/safety programs, and stay compliant.
• Engage customers and enroll them in Rewards and Private Label Credit Cards.

Ensure all customers receive a fast and friendly checkout experience.
