Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support the Store Manager and Assistant Managers in sales, customer service, store appearance and operations in High Point, NC. The role may assume shift management in absence of store leadership.

Qualified candidates should have strong communication skills, the ability to obtain RSS Certification, and ideally experience in auto parts retail and automotive knowledge. Bilingual applicants are encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels in the showroom and ensure calls and transfers are processed timely.
• Perform opening/closing duties, day end procedures, money handling, and security checks.
• Ensure returns, exchanges, and refunds are processed accurately and merchandise is invoiced before leaving the store.
• Delegate merchandising tasks and ensure adherence to schedules and policies.
