Job summary

Auto Club Enterprises is seeking friendly, customer‑focused associates in California to greet members, determine needs, and deliver Legendary Service. The role includes DMV transactions, notary duties, and assisting with AAA product sales.

The position requires notary eligibility, basic Microsoft Office skills, and availability Monday–Friday with Saturdays as needed. A high school diploma or GED is required, with travel to local locations as necessary.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail sales, banking or similar customer service/sales environment.
• Proven ability to exceed assigned sales or service quality goals.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain valid notary license as required.
• Experience with Microsoft Office basics.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and customers and determine their needs to provide Legendary Service.
• Provide DMV vehicle license, registration and notary services as required.
• Reach sales and service goals for multiple AAA products and services and earn incentives.
• Prepare and provide TripTik travel routings, maps, tour books and other travel materials.
• Issue passport photos and accept payments while balancing cash drawer.

Responsibilities

Greet all members and customers, determine their need and provide Legendary Service Provide DMV vehicle license, registration and notary services as required Reach sales and service goals (and earn incentives!) for multiple AAA products and services Preparing and providing TripTik® travel routings, marked road maps, tour books, and other travel‑related materials Issue passport photos Accept payments for the various products, provide accurate change and receipts; balance and reconcile cash drawer Make hotel and car rental reservations for members and provide travel destination information

Qualifications

Experience in retail sales, banking or similar customer service/sales environment Proven ability to exceed assigned sales or service quality goals Must be able to obtain and maintain valid notary license as required Experience with Microsoft Office basics Must be available to work Monday through Friday during office hours, and Saturdays in accordance with branch requirements. Ability to travel locally when necessary A high school diploma or GED For offices that offer notary services, Notary Public must be obtained within 1 Year The starting pay range for this position is $22.00-$23.00 per hour. Additionally, you will be eligible to participate in our incentive program based upon your team and individual performance.
