Job summary

Nouria Energy Corporation is looking for a Sales Associate to operate the station during shifts, deliver courteous service, and support store profitability. You will interact with customers, handle transactions, and maintain safety and appearance as part of daily duties.

The role requires basic English literacy, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and the capacity to work in varied temperatures and environments. Training and equal opportunity employment are provided.

Qualifications

• Read, understand, and write the English language at the eighth-grade level.
• Perform arithmetic calculations at the eighth-grade level to handle change, shift reports, and product counts.
• Ability to validate identification for tobacco/alcohol where required by regulations.
• Can lift up to 50 pounds and carry cases of drinks and supplies.
• Remain calm and follow policies in emergencies.
• Tolerate gasoline fumes and work in varying temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Operate the station during shift per policy and support profitability growth.
• Interact with customers in a friendly, professional manner.
• Prepare a shift report at the end of the shift.
• Greet customers and suggest purchases, promoting specials.
• Ensure store safety, cleanliness, and appearance.
• Complete safety orientations and report incidents promptly.
