Job summary

Circle K in Fishers, IN is seeking a full-time Retail Team Member to provide excellent customer service, handle cash transactions accurately, and operate store equipment including fuel consoles and lottery machines. Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in retail sales preferred.
• Ability to work with the equipment, tools and materials listed above.
• Ability to work as scheduled including arriving to work on time.
• Ability to communicate information and ideas so others will understand.
• Ability to perform the four arithmetic operations (add, subtract, multiply and divide).
• Ability to perform essential duties and physical functions described below.
• Ability to work in the conditions described below.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt excellent customer service in a courteous, friendly and attentive manner.
• Greet customers as they enter and thank them as they leave.
• Ring up all sales on cash register properly and accurately.
• Perform multi-function operation of fuel console, lottery machines, money order machine, telecom transactions, etc.
• Reports to work on time and follows dress and appearance code.
• Maintain store facility’s condition and equipment by cleaning and housekeeping duties.
• Complete daily store reports and other duties as assigned by the Store Manager.
