FedEx Office is seeking a Senior Store Manager and Flagship Store Manager for its largest retail location. You will lead and grow the business while delivering Purple Promise service, drive operational excellence, and coach your direct reports to hit financial goals.
You will partner with major accounts, manage store controls, scheduling and compliance, and continually improve sales and customer experience to strengthen the FedEx brand.
The Senior Store Manager and Flagship Store Manager positions are critical to the successful operations of FedEx Office’s largest and most impactful retail stores. You will run and grow your business while maintaining Purple Promise service, operational excellence and leading, developing and coaching your direct reports. Your leadership and passion for results allows the store team to provide solutions to our customers and reach the store financial goals.
Pay: $55,208.00 - $69,010.00 annually

Actual pay is determined by several job-related factors permitted by law and relevant to the position, including, but not limited to, experience relative to the job, tenure, market level, pay at the location for this job, performance, schedule, and work assignment. In California, the compensation listed reflects the range or rate of pay reasonably expected for this posted position upon hire. In New Jersey, any compensable Security and Walk time will be paid to non-exempt/hourly employees at the state minimum wage.
