Officers greet customers, monitor entrances, complete reports, and coordinate with store management while following client instructions. A BSIS Guard Card and strong communication skills are required.

Qualifications

• Active BSIS Guard Card is required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Professional appearance and reliable transportation.
• Able to stand for extended periods and pass a background check.
• Proficient with digital communication and technology tools.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a visible, professional security presence at all times.
• Greet customers upon entry and thank them upon exit.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and overall store activity.
• Observe and report suspicious activity to store management.
• Deter theft and disruptive behavior through presence and awareness.
• Complete Daily Activity Reports and incident reports.
• Follow all post instructions and direction from store management.
