Elite Investigations is seeking a retail security officer for a standing/walking post at sites in New Jersey. The role requires you to stand for long periods and maintain a commanding presence while delivering high-quality customer service.

You will monitor for theft, enforce standards, and coordinate with the on-duty manager. The position emphasizes reliability, professional conduct, and strong communication in a security-focused environment.

Job Skills / Requirements

This is a STANDING/WALKING post which requires you to be on your feet while on-duty. Officers must feel comfortable standing for prolonged periods of time. As a retail security officer, you will be held to above-quality standards as a server of our surrounding communities. As a retail security officer, you must maintain a commanding presence and high-quality customer service skills. You must also have the ability to handle crisis situations at the client site calmly, effectively, and efficiently.

As a retail security officer with our company, you will be responsible for initiating and completing daily reports. As a talented team member, you will command a high-standing presence when posted at our sites.

• - Administers site safety programs outlining site-specific hazards adhering to post orders

Required Qualifications:

• - BE ABLE TO STAND/WALK FOR DURATION OF SHIFT
• - BE ABLE TO PASS GOVERNMENT BACKGROUND CHECK
