Job summary

Fabletics is seeking a Part-Time Seasonal Store Associate for the Burlington Mall in Burlington, MA. You will help customers connect online and in-store shopping experiences, share product knowledge, and support a fast-paced team.

The role pays $15.00–$16.00 per hour, with a 3- to 4-month term and potential extension. You’ll join a collaborative team, benefit from employee discounts, and be part of a brand focused on an active lifestyle and inclusive service.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of work experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Knowledge of active lifestyle choices such as Yoga, Cycling/Spin, Pilates, Weight Training, Running, Nutrition is a plus.
• Ability to interact with Customers, Employees and Business Partners inside and outside the store.
• Ability to work with large teams.
• Strong interpersonal skills, positive attitude, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiar with retail inventory and POS systems.
• Self-motivated and good communicator.
• Able to multi-task, set priorities and work under pressure.
• Flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to stand for long periods and assist with stock movement.
• Applicants must be 18 years or older.

Fabletics is currently looking for a Part-Time Seasonal Store Associate for our store at Burlington Mall in Burlington, MA!

This position will report to the Store Manager and is expected to run for 3-4 months with potential to extend.

• Drive customer engagement inside and outside of the store environment ranging from store events & promotions to community projects.
• Communicate inventory and training needs to Store Manager to increase overall customer experience.
• Maintain store-merchandising guidelines that make the store easy to shop and add value to the customer’s purchase journey.
• Actively participate to provide and nourish feedback to Store Manager to continuously improve the business.
• Strive for excellence meeting and exceeding Store objectives as it relates to Performance, Productivity, Efficiency, and Quality standards.
• Maintain personal sales and achieve sales goals.
• Maintain all safety and security standards, as well as identify and communicate potential issues.
• Unpack boxes for inventory as required. Boxes can weigh 10-30 lbs.

What you bring to the team

• At least 1 year minimum of work experience within a retail environment preferred.

• Familiar with retail inventory and POS systems.
• Self-motivated, good communicator.
• The ability to multi-task, set priorities and work well under pressure.
• Flexibility in work hours, open to work evenings, weekends, and national holidays.
• This position involves constant moving, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing and standing for at least two consecutive hours. May occasionally involve stooping, kneeling, crouching and climbing ladders.
• Applicants must be 18 years of age or older.
