Job summary

The Michaels Companies in Plainview, NY is seeking a part-time Seasonal Service Team member to help customers find products, provide a fast checkout, and keep the store well stocked.

You will unload trucks, assist with planograms, participate in BOPIS/SFS, and support safety programs; cross-train in Custom Framing selling and production. Weekend and early shifts required for this role.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.

• Educate customers on the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and enroll them.

• Participate in the truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes.
• Support store recovery, maintain in-stock shelves, and manage merchandise returns/go-backs.
• Cross trained in Custom Framing selling and production.
