Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a positive, customer-focused team member to deliver outstanding service in our Bel Air, MD location. You will engage with customers, maintain a clean store environment, and participate in loss prevention and merchandising processes to support store goals.

This role emphasizes teamwork, adaptability, and a commitment to a great shopping experience. Applicants should be able to lift and move merchandise and work flexible hours as needed.

• Maintains cleanliness and recovery standards for the sales floor and store.
• Provides and accepts recognition and constructive feedback.
• Adheres to labor laws, policies, and procedures.
• Supports shrink reduction goals and safety awareness.
• Participates in safety awareness and maintains a safe environment.
• Other duties as assigned.

Responsible for delivering a highly satisfied customer experience proven by engaging and interacting with all customers, embodying customer experience principles and philosophy, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Adheres to all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards. May be cross-trained to work in multiple areas of the store in order to support the needs of the business.
