ScanScape is seeking a Retail Scan Associate for a permanent part-time position in Pine Bluff, AR. Each week you will visit a selection of stores to scan barcodes on displays and aisles, with data used to boost product and retailer sales.

The role requires daily attendance across multiple stores and adherence to deadlines. Typical hours range from 1–3 hours per week plus additional project work; schedule reviewed during interview.

Permanent Part‑time Position

The base hours for this position average from 1‑3 hours per week across all stores, depending on store size and workload. Additional hours (typically 1–2 hours per week per store) are frequently assigned for special projects throughout the year, with higher demand from January through June. Full scheduling details will be reviewed during the interview.

Responsibilities

ScanScape Retail Scan Associates visit a designated selection of stores each week to scan all product barcodes on displays and in aisle locations, including aisle end caps throughout the store. The data collected is analyzed and used to improve the sales performance of the product and retailer.

The role requires continuous physical activity throughout the workday shift. Associates report to each store within the described deadline.

Weekly duties include:

• Display scanning of the entire store (weekly, may take several hours).
• Custom projects on specific product details (approximately 30 minutes to 2 hours per week per store).

Adhering to weekly deadlines and delivering high‑quality data is critical.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license.

• Ability to endure being on your feet for long periods, while accessing products throughout the store.
• Ability to lift to 25 pounds, reach 6 feet, and move comfortably.
