Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is seeking a Retail Sales Associate in Wilmington, DE to assist customers in person and over the phone. You will describe warranty options, coordinate technician time, and promote products and services. Pay ranges from $21.00 to $32.81 per hour.

BSRO provides formal training, competitive benefits for full-time and part-time teammates, and opportunities for growth within a supportive team environment. A valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2-years of consumer retail sales experience is required.
• Must be able to communicate with and assist customers in the areas of sales and complaints to ensure customer retention and loyalty.
• Must have a valid automobile driver’s license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
• Must complete and maintain all of the current BSRO store education courses & modules required for this position

Position Summary

An energetic position to provide customer needs in person and on the phone. Use your communication skills to explain warranty options, establish time commitments between technicians and customers, checkout procedures and promotion of products and services. Pay Range: $21.00 - $32.81
