Bath & Body Works is seeking a Sales Support associate to help deliver sales plans through effective selling and customer service. You will connect with customers, understand their needs, recommend products, and assist with merchandising, floorset execution and cash wrap duties.

The role requires standing, lifting, and flexibility for varied shifts. Ideal candidates bring strong customer service, sales experience, and excellent communication.

• Process merchandise to be sales floor ready and maintain the back room.
• Assist with floorset execution, window changes, visual presentation, marketing placement, and shipment processing as needed.
• Provide a friendly and efficient cash wrap experience, including ringing customer purchases at the cash register and keeping the cash wrap neat, clean, and stocked.

Summary:

As a Sales Support associate, you will have the opportunity to support delivering sales plan through selling effectiveness by understanding our customers’ needs and helping them find the best products for themselves and others. Responsibilities

• Provide a friendly and efficient cash wrap experience, including ringing customer purchases at the cash register and keeping the cash wrap neat, clean, and stocked.
• All store positions require constant physical activity, including standing, walking, reaching, and lifting.
• Associates are expected to climb ladders, lift, reach, bend, and kneel to obtain products for customers and to maintain the visual appearance of the store.
• Associates should be able to lift 10 pounds consistently and up to 50 pounds.
• Consistently provide the most safe, clean, and engaging experience by adhering to all safety standards and expectations.
• Maintain our values, policies, and procedures.
