Job summary

Bath & Body Works is seeking a Sales Support Associate to deliver exceptional in-store customer experiences and help meet sales goals. You will engage customers, uncover needs, demo products, and provide personalized recommendations to drive sales.

Responsibilities include replenishing merchandise, keeping back rooms organized, and supporting floorset changes while maintaining brand standards. The role requires standing, lifting, and a willingness to work evenings and weekends to support store

• Provide a friendly and efficient cash wrap experience, including ringing customer purchases at the cash register and keeping the cash wrap neat, clean, and stocked.

Summary:

As a Sales Support associate, you will have the opportunity to support delivering sales plan through selling effectiveness by understanding our customers’ needs and helping them find the best products for themselves and others. • Associates are expected to climb ladders, lift, reach, bend, and kneel to obtain products for customers and to maintain the visual appearance of the store.
• Associates should be able to lift 10 pounds consistently and up to 50 pounds.
• Consistently provide the most safe, clean, and engaging experience by adhering to all safety standards and expectations.
• Maintain our values, policies, and procedures.
