Qualifications

• Flexible schedule based on store needs.
• 1+ year experience selling retail products or services.

• Own weekly sales and merchandising activities.
• Perform Floor Leader role and direct the team to deliver a great customer experience.
• Champion company initiatives and adapt to changes or other duties as assigned.
• Maintain an engaging store environment and be available to the team.
• Complete daily merchandising and sales tasks within the store.
• Assist with operational tasks in partnership with the GM.
• Coach the team on behaviors to win, using role play and feedback.
