Job summary

Harbor Freight Tools seeks a capable Supervisor (full-time) to lead a high-performing team in our Sterling, IL store. You will coach staff, model exceptional customer service, and ensure a safe, organized retail environment during all operating hours (6am–10pm).

A strong background in retail leadership and team development is required. You will handle cross-training across departments, serve as Leader on Duty as scheduled, and perform additional duties as assigned, contributing to a culture

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in a retail environment.
• Ability to coach and develop others while maintaining customer service standards.
• Comfort with multi-tasking in a fast-paced store setting.

A Supervisor (full-time) is a valued member of a high performing team who is empowered & equipped to do their job. You will know why your work matters and be able to take pride in what you do! The anticipated rate for this position is $18.00 per hour depending on location, knowledge, skills, education and experience. This position is also eligible for a monthly bonus. In addition, we offer comprehensive and competitive benefits to Associates (and their families) such as medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term and long-term disability. Eligible Associates are able to enroll in our company’s 401k plan. Associates will accrue paid time off up to 152 hours per year (inclusive of PTO, floating holidays, and paid holidays). Paid sick time up to 64 hours per year unless otherwise required by law.
