Job summary

Harbor Freight Tools is seeking a Supervisor (full-time) to join our high-performing team in a retail environment. You will be empowered to lead, coach, and develop associates, while ensuring a professional customer experience and a safe, organized store.

Anticipated pay is $19.75 per hour, with eligibility for a monthly bonus. We offer comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, life insurance, and a company 401(k) plan, plus PTO and paid holidays in a supportive, growth-oriented

• Ensure and model professional customer service.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized store.
• Cross-train in all areas of store operations including Stocking and Sales duties.
• Lead, coach, and develop others.
• Serve as Leader on Duty as scheduled.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job description

The anticipated rate for this position is $19.75 per hour depending on location, knowledge, skills, education and experience. This position is also eligible for a monthly bonus. In addition, we offer comprehensive and competitive benefits to Associates (and their families) such as medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term and long-term disability.

Eligible Associates are able to enroll in our company’s 401k plan. Associates will accrue paid time off up to 152 hours per year (inclusive of PTO, floating holidays, and paid holidays). Paid sick time up to 64 hours per year unless otherwise required by law.
