Job summary

Harbor Freight Tools in Quincy, IL seeks an engaged Supervisor to lead a high-performing team. This full-time role offers a competitive hourly rate and a monthly bonus in addition to comprehensive benefits.

You will supervise store operations, coach associates, model professional service, and ensure a safe, organized environment during extended hours from 6am to 10pm. Candidates with recent leadership experience in retail will excel; the position includes 401k enrollment, PTO, and insurance

The anticipated rate for this position is $16.00 per hour depending on location, knowledge, skills, education and experience. This position is also eligible for a monthly bonus. In addition, we offer comprehensive and competitive benefits to Associates (and their families) such as medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term and long-term disability. Eligible Associates are able to enroll in our company’s 401k plan. Associates will accrue paid time off up to 152 hours per year (inclusive of PTO, floating holidays, and paid holidays). Paid sick time up to 64 hours per year unless otherwise required by law.
