Job summary

Harbor Freight Tools is seeking a Supervisor (full-time) to lead a high-performing retail team. You will be empowered to ensure outstanding customer service, maintain store standards, and support store operations from opening to close.

The role offers a competitive hourly rate, a monthly bonus, and full benefits including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) matching. PTO accrues up to 152 hours annually plus holidays.

• Ensure and model professional customer service
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized store
• Cross-train in all areas of store operations including Stocking/Sales duties
• Lead, coach, and develop others
• Serve as Leader on Duty as scheduled
• Other duties as assigned

Job description

The anticipated rate for this position is $19.00 per hour depending on location, knowledge, skills, education and experience. This position is also eligible for a monthly bonus. In addition, we offer comprehensive and competitive benefits to Associates (and their families) such as medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term and long-term disability. Eligible Associates are able to enroll in our company's 401k plan. Associates will accrue paid time off up to 152 hours per year (inclusive of PTO, floating holidays, and paid holidays). Paid sick time up to 64 hours per year unless otherwise required by law.

Respectful schedules during operating hours of 6am - 10pm.
