Harbor Freight Tools is seeking a full-time Supervisor in our Blaine, MN area to lead a high-performing retail team. This role rewards leadership, initiative, and a commitment to excellent customer service.

You will work a schedule that supports early mornings to late evenings (6am–10pm) and eligibility for a monthly bonus, along with comprehensive benefits, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and associate discounts.

A Supervisor (full-time) is a valued member of a high performing team who is empowered & equipped to do their job. You will know why your work matters and be able to take pride in what you do! The anticipated rate for this position is $20.75 per hour depending on location, knowledge, skills, education and experience. This position is also eligible for a monthly bonus. In addition, we offer comprehensive and competitive benefits to Associates (and their families) such as medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term and long-term disability. Eligible Associates are able to enroll in our company's 401k plan. Associates will accrue paid time off up to 152 hours per year (inclusive of PTO, floating holidays, and paid holidays). Paid sick time up to 64 hours per year unless otherwise required by law.
