Harbor Freight Tools in Alabama is seeking a full-time Supervisor who brings recent leadership experience and a passion for retail. You will be empowered to lead, coach and develop others while delivering outstanding customer service in a fast-paced store.

The anticipated rate is $18.50 per hour, with a monthly bonus and a comprehensive benefits package (medical, dental, vision, life, disability, 401(k)). Paid time off accrues up to 152 hours per year and sick time up to 64 hours.

The anticipated rate for this position is $18.50 per hour depending on location, knowledge, skills, education and experience. This position is also eligible for a monthly bonus. Eligible Associates are able to enroll in our company's 401k plan. Associates will accrue paid time off up to 152 hours per year (inclusive of PTO, floating holidays, and paid holidays). Paid sick time up to 64 hours per year unless otherwise required by law.
