Job summary

Harbor Freight Tools in Aurora, CO is seeking a Supervisor (full-time) to lead a high-performing team and deliver excellent customer service during operating hours 6am–10pm. You will be empowered to impact outcomes, with a clear path to promotion and ongoing leadership development.

The anticipated rate is $22.50 per hour, with eligibility for a monthly bonus and a full benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and a 401(k).

The anticipated rate for this position is $22.50 per hour depending on location, knowledge, skills, education and experience. This position is also eligible for a monthly bonus. In addition, we offer comprehensive and competitive benefits to Associates (and their families) such as medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term and long-term disability. Eligible Associates are able to enroll in our company's 401k plan. Associates will accrue paid time off up to 152 hours per year (inclusive of PTO, floating holidays, and paid holidays). Paid sick time up to 64 hours per year unless otherwise required by law.
