Job summary

Castle Megastore in Anchorage is seeking a Sales Supervisor to lead by example on the sales floor, delivering outstanding customer service and driving sales results. You will coach and mentor your team to apply product knowledge and effective selling techniques while creating a fun, high-performing environment.

As a leader, you will train new and existing team members, monitor daily performance, celebrate wins, and identify coaching opportunities.
