Job summary

Harbor Freight Tools is seeking a Supervisor in Alexandria, LA for a full-time role. The anticipated rate is $18.25 per hour, with a monthly bonus opportunity and a comprehensive benefits package.

The role supports a 6am–10pm operating window and includes PTO, sick time, and a 401(k) plan; paid time off accrues up to 152 hours per year, with additional holidays. You will lead, coach, and develop team members, maintain a safe, clean store, and model professional customer service while supporting

The anticipated rate for this position is $18.25 per hour depending on location, knowledge, skills, education and experience. This position is also eligible for a monthly bonus. Eligible Associates are able to enroll in our company’s 401k plan. Associates will accrue paid time off up to 152 hours per year (inclusive of PTO, floating holidays, and paid holidays). Paid sick time up to 64 hours per year unless otherwise required by law.
