You will stock shelves, adjust displays, and ensure signage and pricing accuracy while supporting inventory and backroom organization. The role offers variety and a fast-paced environment with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older (18+ depending on role requirements)
• Prior retail, stocking, or customer service experience preferred
• Ability to operate equipment such as pallet jacks, balers, and box cutters following training and safety guidelines
• Basic math and communication skills required
• Ability to read, write, and follow instructions in English
• Availability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Compliance with company policies including safety, sanitation, and dress standards

Responsibilities

• Keep the store clean, organized, and easy to shop across departments
• Stock shelves, rotate products, update pricing or signage, and maintain backroom organization
• Assist customers with locating items and provide helpful information
• Maintain store standards and display quality to ensure a smooth shopping experience
• Monitor inventory levels and support restocking and ordering processes
