Job summary

Albertsons Companies Inc. is seeking a Retail Sales and Store Support team member in Texas. You will help customers locate items, answer questions, and maintain a welcoming store environment across departments.

Daily duties include stocking shelves, rotating products, updating pricing or signage, and keeping backrooms organized. You’ll monitor inventory, assist with restocking, and operate equipment such as pallet jacks and box cutters following safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Customer interaction: clear, helpful communication when assisting customers and answering questions.
• Stocking & merchandising: placing products on shelves, facing items, maintaining display standards.
• Product knowledge: familiarity with store layout, pricing, and general merchandise across departments.
• Attention to detail: accuracy in pricing, labeling, product rotation, and removing outdated items.
• Organization & time management: managing multiple tasks while maintaining clean, organized work areas.
• Inventory awareness: monitoring product levels and assisting with restocking and ordering processes.
• Equipment use: operating pallet jacks, balers, and box cutters following safety guidelines.
• Adaptability: ability to move between tasks, departments, and priorities.
• Physical capability: standing/walking for extended periods, lifting up to 60 lbs, varying environments
