Spectrum is seeking a part‑time Retail Sales Specialist to promote and sell our Spectrum Internet, TV, Mobile, and Voice products. You will engage customers in stores, drive sales, and deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced team environment.

This role emphasizes satisfaction, product knowledge, and the ability to meet sales targets while maintaining a welcoming store atmosphere. Training and ongoing development are provided.

Required Qualifications

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent.

• Proficiency in cash handling and accurate payment transactions.
• High comfort level with personal technology, including mobile devices and video platforms and proficiency in computer applications.
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English and to prioritize, organize, manage multiple tasks and handle change effectively.
• Familiarity with goal- and incentive-based work environments.
• Strong performance in a fast-paced team environment.
• Effective communication with employees and customers in person, on the phone and in writing.

Preferred Qualifications
