Job summary

Spectrum is seeking a Retail Sales Specialist to represent Spectrum Internet, TV, Mobile and Voice products in our Meriden stores. You’ll engage with customers, promote services, and help them choose the best solutions while delivering exceptional service.

A high school diploma is required; 1–5 years of sales or customer service experience is preferred. You’ll work in a fast-paced team environment, handling transactions and growing with a company that supports development and inclusion.

Education

• Proficiency in cash handling and accurate payment transactions.
• High comfort level with personal technology, including mobile devices and video platforms and proficiency in computer applications.
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English and to prioritize, organize, manage multiple tasks and handle change effectively.
