Job summary

Best Buy in Springfield, IL is seeking a Retail Sales Specialist for our Microsoft products to help customers find solutions that fit their needs and budget.

As a Retail Sales Specialist for our Microsoft products, you’ll engage with customers to understand their needs, preferences and budget while providing expert service and recommendations. You’ll maintain knowledge of Microsoft products through required trainings, certifications and self-development. In this role, you’ll make our customers feel excited, confident and appreciated by providing them with relevant and memorable solutions.
