Job summary

Best Buy in Memphis is seeking a Retail Sales Specialist for our Microsoft products. You’ll engage with customers to understand their needs, provide expert service and recommendations, and stay up to date on Microsoft offerings to ensure a memorable shopping experience.

You must be at least 18 years old and have 1 year of experience in sales, customer service or related field. You should be able to work as part of a team and accept a flexible schedule including holidays, nights and weekends.

As a Retail Sales Specialist for our Microsoft products, you’ll engage with customers to understand their needs, preferences and budget while providing expert service and recommendations. You’ll maintain knowledge of Microsoft products through required trainings, certifications and self-development. In this role, you’ll make our customers feel excited, confident and appreciated by providing them with relevant and memorable solutions.
