Job summary

Best Buy is seeking a Retail Sales Specialist for Microsoft products in Massachusetts to engage with customers, understand needs and provide expert service while staying current on product trainings.

You will complete transactions, drive sales goals and maintain department merchandising, with a flexible schedule including holidays and weekends. At least 18 and 1 year of related experience are required to join our team.

As a Retail Sales Specialist for our Microsoft products, you’ll engage with customers to understand their needs, preferences and budget while providing expert service and recommendations. You’ll maintain knowledge of Microsoft products through required trainings, certifications and self-development. In this role, you’ll make our customers feel excited, confident and appreciated by providing them with relevant and memorable solutions.
